Yes, completely free. Businesses with 20 users or fewer and up to $10 million USD in gross revenue can fill out the form on this page, and download and installation instructions will be sent to them. The free license expires at the end of each year, and Mamori sends a new license before it expires so there's no interruption in coverage. Only business emails are eligible. Implementation services and premium support are not included in the free tier but can be purchased separately.
